ORDERING

HOW DO I ORDER?
Ordering is simple: Create an account on our site, pick your Family Meals or Pantry item(s) and click
submit. Provide any specific delivery details to ensure a smooth delivery.

HOW DOES THE LOYALTY PROGRAM WORK?
Once you set up an account online, you will automatically be registered in our Loyalty Program. For
every order placed, you earn 5% Loyalty Dollars and for every referral that results in an order you earn
3% Loyalty Dollars of the order value. After spending $500, you may redeem your Loyalty Dollars off
your next order.


WHEN DO I PLACE MY ORDERS?
All Butcher Produce and Fruit Pantry orders must be placed by 2:00 p.m. Tuesday of each week.
All Family Meal orders must be placed by 2:00 pm Wednesday of each week.


WHEN DO I START RECEIVING MY FAMILY MEALS?
Family Meal orders are delivered between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Sundays.


ARE BUTCHER, FRUIT AND PRODUCE PANTRY BOXES DELIVERED THE SAMETIME AS FAMILY MEALS?
All Butcher, Produce and Fruit Pantry orders are delivered between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and 2:00
p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Fridays.


IS THIS A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE?
Our Family Meals give you the freedom and flexibility to choose from our bi-weekly menu, However, if
you prefer to pre-order four weeks in advance, you may do so. No subscriptions are required.


CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Once the order is placed, your order is set for production.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our processed center for fulfillment. As such, once an
order is placed it cannot be canceled.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE FOR FAMILY MEALS?
3-4 four days in the refrigerator.


CAN MEALS BE FROZEN?
Some of our Family Meals freeze well. Please refer to our Family Meals Menu.


HOW DO I REHEAT THE FAMILY MEALS?
Please refer to our heating instructions found on our order site.


CAN I REMOVE OR SUBSTITUTE INGREDIENTS FROM MY MEALS?
Generally, we do not substitute ingredients. Substituting ingredients in a recipe may significantly alter
the flavor and the overall experience. Sauces can be packaged separately.


HOW OFTEN DOES THE MENU CHANGE?
Our menu selections change regularly, check back often.


HOW ARE FOOD ALLERGIES ADDRESSED?
For our customers who have dietary restrictions, our prepared meal choices can be Diary, Gluten or Nut
Free and Vegan or Vegetarian.

SAFETY

WHAT ARE YOUR SAFETY REQUIREMENTS?
InStyle requires our team members to wear masks, gloves and hair coverings when present in
our kitchen. We STRICTLY adhere to all health and safety guidelines as outlined by the CDC and
Local Health Department. Please refer to our COVID-19 message.


DO DELIVERY PERSONNEL WEAR MASKS AND GLOVES?
Our delivery personnel wear masks and gloves and use hand sanitizer before and after each delivery.


HOW IMPORTANT IS IT TO FOLLOW REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS?
To maintain the high quality of our cuisine, we ask that you follow ‘Reheating Instructions’
provided.

DELIVERY

ARE THERE ANY DELIVERY CHARGES?

Our contact free deliveries are $25.00 within the Beltway, additional $1.00 per mile beyond Beltway.


WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY AREAS?
We are currently delivering in Washington DC, Prince George’s & Lower Montgomery Counties,
Arlington and Alexandria. Please call if your address does not fall in areas mentioned. Please call 301-
486-0300 if your city or town is not mentioned.


DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
It is preferred that someone is available to retrieve the delivery from your designated exterior area.
However, we strongly recommend that Family Meals are refrigerated, or Pantry items either
refrigerated or stored in freezer within ten minutes of delivery.


WHAT IF I LIVE IN A SECURED BUILDING OE GATED COMMUNITY?
Please provide us with full instructions for obtaining entry to your gated community or secured building
and notify security of expected delivery.


HOW LONG WILL MY FAMILY MEALS STAY IN DELIVERY BAGS OR BOXES?
The boxes or bags our food is packaged include an ice pack to keep your food at safe temperatures
throughout delivery. To ensure and maintain optimal freshness, meals must be stored in a refrigerator
within ten minutes of delivery.


WHAT TYPE OF CONTAINERS ARE MEALS PACKAGED IN?
Containers are microwave proof, please follow heating instructions.


HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN TO EXPECT DELIVERY?
Driver will send a text when delivery is made.

Amid the growing concerns of the current coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we are being extra vigilant. This is an evolving situation that we monitor closely daily and take all proper precautions to ensure everyone enjoys a refreshing meal and feels safe eating from InStyle Caterers. As a result, we have added to our full-service catering & event services product line a contact free delivery service for prepared meals and pantry boxes.
